QI GONG with Freddy Alva. A series of energy-cultivating exercises,
including movement, breath control & meditation. Wear comfortable clothes.

THE NATIONAL SONG AND DANCE COMPANY OF MOZAMBIQUE will perform
traditional music of southeastern Africa. Don't miss this special performance.

RHYTHMEDITATION A mellifluous alchemy of soundscape and the spoken
wisdom of Rumi, Rinzai Zen, Meister Eckhart, coordinated by Gary Millus.

CREATING A PICTURE BOOK FROM A-Z! Kathy Price, leads a toe-tapping
interactive storytelling of her poetic, jazz-fused, award-winning picture
book, the Bourbon Street Musicians, along with a discussion of writing a
picture book. Participants also make their own jazzy Krawdad Kazoos.
All ages. Friday, Aug. 12th, 3pm

LARAINE GOODMAN & FRIENDS present live tap dance and tap on film.
Tapping East/West, old & new, vintage & contemporary tap footage with live
tap to jazz and world rhythms. Tappers invited to jam. Saturday, Aug.

YOGA TUESDAY MORNINGS with Joan Coddington. Good for all levels; wear
comfy clothes in which knees can bend. Last three Tuesdays-16th, 23rd,

A SUMMER NIGHT in the Garden Insight Meditation with Peter Doobinan:
sitting, walking, dharma talking. For beginners and experienced

PETS ON PARADE Bring your significant otter or whatever (on a leash, in
a cage) to show its stuff. All contestants win prizes given by a panel
